Section 1. Eligibility

The Giveaway is open only to legal residents of the forty-eight (48) contiguous United States and District of Columbia. Void in Alaska, Hawaii, and where prohibited by law. All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply.

Participants must be at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time of entry.
3.
Participants must have an X (Formerly Twitter) or Instagram account that is not set to private.
Section 2. How to Enter
1.
Participants may enter the Giveaway via X or Instagram by completing the required actions on either platform:

Only one (1) entry per participant is allowed. Submissions from both X and Instagram by the same participant will be regarded combined and counted as a single entry.
3.
Participants must provide a residential address for prize delivery in a designated entry form that will be sent to participants via X direct message (DM) on the platform they used to enter (X or Instagram).,
4.
Participants must complete step (1) and (2) in section 2.1 by 11:59 PM (EST) on December 15, 2025.
5.
Your entry must meet the following requirements during the Giveaway period. Orange may, in its discretion, disqualify any entry at any time if any of the following occur:
•
Your X or Instagram account is set to private;
•
Your X or Instagram account is deleted;
•
Your X or Instagram username is changed;
•
You unfollow @emaqi_official; or
•
You delete your repost on X or remove your like on Instagram.
6.
Participants must ensure that their X’s or Instagram’s accounts, reposts, usernames, bios, and any associated content do not include or engage in any of the following:
•
Content that violates X’s terms and conditions;
•
Content that is obscene, pornographic, violent, defamatory, discriminatory, illegal, or otherwise inappropriate content that violates X’s or Instagram’s terms and conditions;
•
Content containing derogatory references to Orange or any person or entity.
7.
Orange may, at its sole discretion, disqualify any entry that contains any content or conduct that Orange views as infringing upon or violating the rights of any third party, or that Orange deems misleading, fraudulent, inappropriate, or otherwise objectionable.
Section 3. Prize Details
1.
A total of 300 winners will each receive a set of nine (9) limited-edition emaqi holiday cards.
2.
The approximate retail value (“ARV”) of the prize is $10.
3.
Prizes are non-transferrable, and may not be exchanged, returned, or redeemed for cash.
Section 4. Winner Selection and Notification
1.
Winners will be selected after the Giveaway Period has ended in a random drawing from all eligible entries by Orange.
2.
Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
3.
Only winners will be notified via direct message (DM) on the platform they used to enter (X or Instagram), and winners must submit their shipping information through the designated Google form by the deadline specified in the DM.
4.
Winners may not use P.O. Boxes, mail-forwarding services, or other third-party addresses.
5.
If a winner fails to submit the required information by the deadline, or if Orange is unable to contact a winner via DM on the platform used for entry due to account settings or other issues, the winner may be disqualified and an alternate winner may be selected at Orange’s discretion.
6.
If the email address provided is invalid or undeliverable, the winner may be disqualified.
Section 5. Prize Delivery
1.
Prize fulfillment will be handled by White Box Entertainment, LLC, 1887 Whitney Mesa Dr. #2950, Henderson, NV 89014, on behalf of Orange.
2.
Prizes will be shipped via USPS mail without tracking.
3.
Delivery may be delayed due to postal conditions or other factors beyond Orange's control.
Section 6. Prohibited Conduct
Participants must not engage in the following, and doing so may result in disqualification at Orange’s sole discretion:
•
Submitting entries using multiple accounts;
•
Providing false names, addresses, or email addresses;
•
Violating applicable laws or these Terms and Conditions;
•
Engaging in conduct intended to harm Orange; or
•
Interfering with the operation of the Giveaway.
Section 7. Disclaimer of Liability
1.
Orange is not responsible for delays, loss, damage, or non-delivery of prizes during shipping, and no replacements will be provided.
2.
Orange is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, corrupted, incomplete, or unintelligible entries, or for any technical, electronic, hardware, software, network, or system errors, failures, or interruptions of any kind, including service outages or rate limitations on X or Instagram.
3.
Orange is not responsible for any tampering, unauthorized intervention, automated submissions, or other actions by third parties that affect or compromise the administration, security, or fairness of the Giveaway.
4.
Orange is not responsible for any fraudulent, unauthorized, or misleading communications, messages, or activities by third parties purporting to be Orange or otherwise claiming to be associated with the Giveaway.
Section 8. Use of Personal Information
1.
Personal information you provide will be used solely for the following purposes and handled with care and confidentiality in accordance with our Privacy Policy:

2.
We do not sell or share your personal information with any third parties, except to share it with White Box Entertainment, LLC solely for prize fulfillment.
Section 9. Modification or Cancellation of the Giveaway
Orange may modify, suspend or cancel the Giveaway at any time without prior notice under the following circumstances:

Natural disasters, war, or disruptions in postal services;
•
A significant number of fraudulent entries; or
•
Any other events or circumstances deemed necessary by Orange.
